With the flagship store located centrally within the city, it represents a fusion of global style and street culture that caters for its loyal customer base. With meticulous curation, the store showcases a diverse array of premium brands and exclusive releases, creating a vibrant atmosphere for all to explore.
The challenge
Alongside their campaign-led activity, Fat Buddha wanted to introduce a more personalised and tailored approach to their email marketing. Previously, with limited campaign activity, visitors who left the site weren’t being communicated with, and remarketing accounted for only a small proportion of their overall revenue via the channel.

Using Salesfire’s On-Site Messaging tool, a Mailing List Sign-Up campaign was able to fuel the overall amount of email data gathered and grow Fat Buddha’s mailing list. From here, introducing new campaigns to target users throughout the buying funnel, such as Browse Abandonment and Post-purchase Recommendations, was key to personalising customer communications, and helping to increase AOV and overall conversion rate by 50%.
